It was held on June 27 at LNEG, Lisbon, the lecture “What are green skills? The profile of the trainer in the green skills in the construction industry in Portugal” which intended to make a brief summary of the European project BuS.Trainers, already in the second year of realization.
It was possible to follow the description of the stages developed in the design and execution of the project BuS.Trainers, as well as the main results obtained in the elaboration of the profile of the trainer in green skills in Portugal, thanks to the participation of speakers Ana Paula Duarte (LNEG – Laboratório Nacional de Energia e Geologia) and Maria João Ramalheiro (CENFIC – Centro de Formação Profissional da Indústria da Construção Civil e Obras Públicas do Sul), representatives of the Portuguese entities of the consortium.
With the participation of professionals and trainers who work in the construction industry, it was possible to inform and clarify the issues raised by the BuS.Trainers project, including the integration of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources.
Last but not least, the importance of involving stakeholders as Alliance Members in order to contribute to the dissemination, final impact and effective implementation of the project was presented and systematized.
The BuS.Trainers project (Building up green Skills for Trainers from the Construction Industry) is funded by the ERASMUS+ program, the partnership is made up of 11 partners from five European Union countries (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece and Malta) and the coordination provided by the Fundación Laboral de la Construcción (Spain).
