Labour Foundation for Construction

The Labour Foundation for Construction has been working since 1992 to provide companies and workers with the resources that make a more professional, safer, more qualified and future-oriented sector possible.

This is the purpose for which the National Construction Confederation (CNC), CCOO for Construction and Services and the Federation of Industry, Construction and Agriculture (UGT-FICA) joined, forming this joint non-profit entity.

The Construction Labour Foundation is a reference entity in the sector and a key ally to work for and for the future of companies and professionals, in issues such as prevention of occupational risks, training, innovation, sustainability and new technologies.

Tens of thousands of construction workers spend each year in the classrooms of the joint entity and are trained through 45 own training centres, an offer composed of more than 400 training actions, the collaboration of more than 1,500 teachers throughout Spain and the elaboration of more than 100 own manuals on different subjects of the sector.

The training is specialized in construction activities and is eminently practical and of high quality, having as main objectives to retrain and specialize workers and contribute to their employability and professional development.
